Warranty 

All product is covered by a manufacturers warranty. Any issues directly out of the box with the physical product will be rectified immediately with a replacement or repair, at our discretion.


There is a 1 year no questions asked labor warranty on all products. For the first year from the date of purchase, any damage to a speaker or amplifier will need to be sent in for repair. Customers/dealers will be responsible for the cost of the re-cone kit/parts for amplifier repair, and all labor and return shipping will be covered. After the first year, repairs will be offered for the cost of the parts, labor, and shipping.


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
